Together, the two families gathered near Cave Stream in Arthur’s Pass, foraging botanicals and distilling the first experimental batch using pure Cave Stream water.
The result? A gin that truly captures the essence of a mountain beech forest – sweet, earthy, and touched with a delicate hint of honey.
Juniper Collective Gin is crafted with locally sourced ingredients that reflect the rugged beauty of the region. The blend of native plants, aromatic spice and gentle floral tones makes this expression both refined and distinctly New Zealand.

Only 120 bottles were produced, making this a true collector’s gin. As with all Elsewhere gins, please keep the bottle out of direct sunlight to preserve its delicate flavours and visual clarity.
