The idea for Endeavour Inlet Gin was born during a holiday celebrating a close friend’s 40th birthday. The trip held additional meaning, as it took place near Furneaux Lodge, where the founders had married a decade earlier.
Surrounded by friends, native forest and stunning coastal scenery, the experience provided both inspiration and many of the ingredients that would later shape this unique gin.
The result is a spirit that celebrates friendship, place and shared experiences.
Located within the Marlborough Sounds, Endeavour Inlet is known for its deep valleys, native bush and favourable conditions for growing citrus fruits.
The combination of lush forest and coastal climate creates an environment rich in botanical diversity. These surroundings inspired the flavour profile and helped define the character of the gin.
By incorporating ingredients sourced from the region, the recipe maintains a strong connection to its origins.
