Endeavour Inlet Gin captures the deep forested valleys and citrus-filled gardens of the Queen Charlotte Sound. Inspired by a close friend’s 40th birthday, this gin was created during a special holiday spent with dear friends, just steps away from where the founders married ten years earlier at Furneaux Lodge.
The inlet is well known as a prime citrus-growing region, and the surrounding bush offers an abundance of native flora. Guided by their generous hosts, the team foraged for botanicals and inspiration alike – and crafted this gin as a tribute to the place, the people and the moment.
Rimu, rata flower, citrus, fennel blossom and wakame form a bright, green and slightly herbal gin that reflects the forested coastline. Mandarin and grapefruit add a juicy, sunlit character that feels both festive and fresh.
