The story of Fox River Gin began during a tenth wedding anniversary celebration spent glamping near the remote Fox River on New Zealand’s South Island.
Surrounded by native vegetation, dramatic coastlines and untouched wilderness, the founders spent their days exploring the landscape, foraging botanicals and gathering inspiration for a new gin expression.
