New ZealandElements Manawa Gin captures the spirit of Manawa, a place that holds deep meaning for the Hart family. Inspired by an apple orchard on the South Island of New Zealand, this small-batch gin blends native botanicals and fruit with grace and balance.
Grace Hart envisioned using ingredients from her family’s land in a new and expressive way. A day spent exploring together led to the creation of this gin – a true reflection of belonging, memory and the beauty of the local landscape.
The floral aroma of kohuhu is balanced by refreshing notes of Douglas fir and a soft spice from cubeb. Apple peel and calamint bring fruit and herbaceous lift, while lemon and juniper give the finish a crisp, zesty edge.

Only 120 bottles of Elements Manawa Gin were produced, making it a rare and personal expression. As with all Elsewhere gins, it is best kept out of direct sunlight to preserve its delicate flavours and clarity.
