Hausberg No.4 French 75 Recipe

  • 45 ml Hausberg No.4 Gin
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 70 ml Brut Champagne
  • 1½ teaspoons powdered sugar

Garnish

  • Dried citrus wheel

Method

  • Select a chilled coupe glass.
  • Add the powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add Hausberg No.4 Gin and ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Fine strain into the prepared coupe glass.
  • Top with Brut Champagne and stir gently once to combine.
  • Garnish with a dried citrus wheel before serving.
