Hausberg No.2 Negroni Sour Recipe
– 3 cl Hausberg Gin No.2
– 2,5 cl Red Bitter (Campari)
– 2,5 cl Red Vermouth (Formula Antica)
– 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1,5cl cane syrup
– 1 egg-white or aqua-faba
Method
– Select pre-chilled tumbler or coupe-glass
– Prepare orange zest for garnish
– Shake all ingredients with egg-white and strain back into shaker
– dry shake
– fine-strain into glass
– perfume glass with zest and put zest onto the foam.
