The Hausberg No.4 French 75 is a sparkling twist on a true classic. Blending the zesty brightness of Hausberg’s citrus-forward gin with fresh lemon juice and chilled champagne, this cocktail brings timeless elegance with a modern edge. Light, aromatic and delightfully dry – perfect as an apéritif or festive starter.

Hausberg No.4 French 75 Recipe

– 4,5cl Hausberg Gin No.4
– 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 7cl Brut Champagne
– 1,5 tsp. powder sugar

Method

– Select pre-chilled coupe glass
– Prepare dry zitrus for garnish
– Dissolve powdered sugar in lime juice in a shaker
– Add gin and shake on ice
– Fine strain into glass
– Fill u with champagne
– Stir gently one
– Decorate with dry zitrus.
