Zimowy Gin is our very first limited edition, and the first time we stepped outside the borders of Poland in search of flavour. This seasonal spirit is crafted especially for the colder months, with a profile that captures the very soul of winter.
At the heart of this gin lies a carefully curated selection of botanicals: sweet Sicilian oranges, warming cloves, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, and of course, classic juniper. Together, they create a wonderfully aromatic and comforting composition.
To preserve the delicate aromas of these ingredients, we use an advanced vacuum extraction method, a technique that allows us to capture subtle notes that traditional distillation can’t reach. The result is a gin with surprising softness and incredible depth.
Gin Zimowy is only produced during the winter season in small batches. Each bottle is hand-labeled, allowing you to see the exact date it was crafted, a small but meaningful detail in a gin made with care.
