A Savoury Gin Sour That Redefines Cocktail Creativity
This unconventional yet beautifully balanced Gin Sour invites you into a world where savoury notes and classic mixology meet. Hausberg Gin No.1 forms the bright, aromatic backbone, lifted by fresh lime juice and a touch of cane syrup for gentle sweetness. But the true magic comes from the unexpected duo: olive brine and feta cheese water.
The olive brine adds a clean, salty depth reminiscent of a Dirty Martini, while the feta water introduces a subtle, creamy salinity that transforms the texture and flavour without overpowering the drink. A whisper of aquafaba creates a soft, velvety foam, giving this cocktail its elegant, modern silhouette.
With just a few drops of salty elements, you decide how bold you want to go, from lightly savoury sophistication to full Mediterranean indulgence.
Shaken on ice and served crisp and cold, this Gin Sour is surprising, complex and unforgettable.
