This classic London Dry style gin is distilled right here in New Zealand, with every flavour carefully integrated into the process from start to finish.
Crafted with 23 unique botanicals, our spiced gin begins with a 16-hour maceration of the core ingredients. The most delicate flavours are then infused through a slow percolation process, using rising alcohol vapour to capture their full aroma without overpowering the blend.
At the heart of our process stands a custom-made Carl still, engineered in Germany and shipped to our distillery in Thames, Coromandel. It’s a perfect reflection of what we value: New Zealand ingenuity combined with world-class precision.
