Crafted in the heart of Coromandel, Awildian Mānuka Gin embraces the rare and warming qualities of New Zealand’s iconic mānuka honey. This Old Tom Style gin is matured for a minimum of 90 days in toasted mānuka wood, coated in medicinal-grade mānuka honey for a deep, rich infusion.
Distilled in micro-batches using our custom 150L Carl still, built by a family-owned German coppersmith with 145 years of experience, this gin delivers exceptional precision and flavour balance. Each batch is a labour of love, blending traditional techniques with local inspiration.
Expect sweet, earthy warmth with notes of candied orange, vanilla and soft honey. Enhanced with Seville orange, fresh ginger and New Zealand botanicals, this gin offers a bold yet rounded profile that lingers long after the first sip.
