Omija Gin Fizz Recipe
– 30 ml KORI Gin
– 30 ml Omija Syrup
– 120 ml Sodawater
– lemon wedge
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 30ml KORI Gin and 30ml Omija syrup. Gently stir to combine.
Top up with 120ml soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge. For a visual sparkle, pour the soda last to create a vibrant fizz.
