Elderberry Sour Recipe
– 60 ml Daffy’s Gin
– 20 ml fresh lime juice
– 20 ml elderberry & echinacea tea syrup
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– 1 egg white
Method
– Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake to emulsify the egg white.
– Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
– Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
– Garnish with dried citrus slices or a touch of herbs/spices on the foam.
