Daffy’s Red Snapper is a fiery Halloween-ready twist on the classic Bloody Mary, swapping vodka for gin and turning up the heat. Expect a bold kick from Carolina Reaper hot sauce, warming Worcestershire and black pepper, balanced with citrus and rich tomato. Perfect for anyone who likes their cocktail with serious attitude.
Red Snapper Recipe
– 50 ml Daffy’s London Dry Gin
– 1 pinch of celary salt
– 2 grinds of black peppercorn
– 25 ml fresh lemon juice
– 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 dash of Carolina Reaper hot sauce
– 100 ml Tomato juice
Method
Add the gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to a cocktail shaker (without ice). Season with celery salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roll or gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients without diluting them. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with celery, cherry tomatoes or your favourite spicy toppings.
