Okavango Sunset , an elegant gin cocktail in a coupe glass, garnished with wild sage, with grapefruit and orange in the background.

Smooth, zesty and full of soul, the Okavango Sunset brings the African Delta to your glass.

The Okavango Sunset is a citrus-forward gin cocktail inspired by the colours and calm of the African golden hour.
With Okavango Gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice and a touch of simple syrup, it strikes a perfect balance between bittersweet and smooth. Shaken over ice and served in a coupe glass, it’s topped with a sprig of wild sage – bringing a subtle herbal twist that echoes the untamed beauty of the Delta.

It’s fresh yet grounded, bright yet soothing, a moment of calm before or after adventure.
