The Palma Cosmopolitan adds a Mediterranean twist to a timeless classic. With botanical brightness, a zesty lime kick and the tart edge of cranberry, Palma Gin lifts this cocktail into a new dimension of flavour.
Palma Cosmopolitan Recipe
– 50 ml Palma Gin
– 25 ml Triple Sec (e.g. Cointreau)
– 20 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
– 25 ml Cranberry juice
– Garnish: Lime twist or edible flowers
Method
– Chill a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare.
– In a shaker, combine Palma Gin, triple sec, lime juice and cranberry juice. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
– Discard the ice from the martini glass and double strain the cocktail into it for a silky texture.
– Garnish with a lime twist or float an edible flower or dehydrated lime wheel for an elegant finish.
