In 2018, Byron and Amber Holland, embarked on a mission to capture the true essence of the beautiful island of Mallorca and infuse it into their products. As they were already involved in the alcohol industry, they saw the rise of craft distilling and recognized a golden opportunity to create something truly unique. It was then they realized that there was a lack of premium craft spirits in Mallorca, and decided to create some magic by experimenting with recipe development. Utilizing the island’s abundance of botanicals and fresh produce, they introduced unusual and local ingredients, resulting in exceptional products that perfectly embody the spirit of Mallorca.
