Palma Gin is an elegant, handcrafted gin distilled on the sun-drenched island of Mallorca. Using locally foraged wildflowers and fresh citrus fruits from the island’s rural orchards, this gin delivers a crisp, dry profile infused with vibrant citrus and a smooth, delicate finish that truly captures the spirit of the Mediterranean.
Palma Gin is best enjoyed neat with a twist of orange peel, allowing the vibrant botanicals to shine without distraction. Its layered flavour profile also makes it a beautiful base for refined cocktails.
Palma Gin is a certified organic London Dry gin. The process begins with an organic wheat spirit that is macerated for 18 to 20 hours with a carefully selected blend of base botanicals, including Majorcan juniper and freshly harvested local citrus peel from oranges, limes and lemons.
Once maceration is complete, the distillation begins. The vapours gently pass through a botanical basket containing delicate floral ingredients such as wild almond blossom, lavender, orange leaves, lime zest and even tomato branches. This unique combination results in a light, floral and citrus-forward gin that offers a genuine taste of Mallorca, fresh, clean and expressive.
