Saint Juniper 04 Mediterranean Gin is a vibrant celebration of coastal flavours, inspired by sun-soaked landscapes and aromatic Mediterranean cuisine. This expressive gin brings together bright citrus, savoury herbs and subtle olive notes, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean in every sip.
This distinctive gin is carefully distilled with a refined selection of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, rosemary, sage, green olives, orange and lemon peel, liquorice root, olive leaf and pepper berry.
Fresh orange and lemon peel provide a lively citrus lift, while rosemary and sage add earthy, aromatic depth. Green olives and olive leaf introduce a savoury, coastal character, complemented by a gentle sweetness from liquorice root and a subtle peppery finish.
