Crafted by TAHU Distillery, Rēwena Gin is rich in whakapapa and infused with aroha. This unique spirit is distilled using rēwena — a traditional Māori sourdough made from a potato starter that dates back to the early 1800s. Honoured with UNESCO status, this bread is still produced by Jacksons Rēwena Bread, keeping ancestral traditions alive.

What begins as a sweet, aromatic nose unfolds with a gentle heat on the palate, evolving into a smooth and vibrant finish. It’s a gin that tells a story with every sip — deep, complex, and unmistakably rooted in the land and people of Aotearoa.

Mix 1–2 parts St Andrews Limes Margarita Sour Mix, 2 parts Rēwena Gin from TAHU Distillery, and 1 part Triple Sec. Shake well and serve over ice for that “Tom Cruise style” moment — best enjoyed on a warm afternoon, surrounded by friends and whānau.

LOOK:
A crisp, pale citrus hue served over ice, rimmed with salt and a twist of lime — effortless cool in a glass.

AROMA:
Zesty lime and subtle botanicals rise first, followed by warm citrus notes and a whisper of sweet sourdough spice.
