Juniper berries, the unmistakable backbone of every great London Dry. Coriander, citrus-forward, warm and aromatic. Black pepper, a quiet, lingering heat that adds depth. Orange peel, bright, fresh and vibrant. Orris root, earthy, elegant and binding, creating the perfect aromatic foundation. Licorice, smooth, sweet and balancing. Angelica root, dry, grounding and classically gin.

Tasting Notes

Crystal clear in the glass. The nose opens with fresh florals and vibrant citrus, juniper and coriander leading the way with characteristic brightness, culminating in an outstanding herbal finish.

On the palate, Buenos Aires Gin is dry yet remarkably soft, a seductive explosion of flavour that begins with a confident hint of juniper, followed by black pepper warmth and fresh citrus.
