Whispering Luna is a refined and understated gin & tonic built around balance and subtle expression. Created for a limited summer collaboration between Two Moons Distillery and The Poet Bar, this cocktail focuses on elegance rather than intensity.
Instead of bold sweetness or pronounced bitterness, Whispering Luna offers soft citrus notes, gentle florality and a clean, dry finish. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto adds a delicate bergamot lift, while hawthorn berry introduces a lightly tart nuance that gives structure without sharpness.
This is a cocktail that reveals itself slowly, designed for relaxed moments and unhurried conversations.
Whispering Luna recipe
– 45 ml Two Moons Signature Dry Gin
– 15 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
– Hawthorn berry
– Premium tonic water
– Ice
Method
– Fill a highball glass generously with ice.
– Add the gin and Italicus and gently stir.
– Top with tonic water and garnish subtly with hawthorn berry.
– Serve immediately.
