Pomegranate Fizz Recipe
- 50 ml Habitat Dubrovnik Gin Expression
- 25 ml Wild pomegranate syrup
- 20 ml Fresh lime juice
- 60 ml Soda water
- 1 Small rosemary sprig
- Ice cubes
Garnish

- Pomegranate seeds
Method
Add the Habitat Dubrovnik Gin Expression, wild pomegranate syrup and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake gently for 5 to 7 seconds until chilled and well combined.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Add a small rosemary sprig and top with soda water.
Stir briefly to combine the flavours and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a few pomegranate seeds.
