Snowdonia Espresso Martini Recipe
– 50ml Snowdonia Welsh Dry Gin
– 30ml Freshly Brewed Espresso
– 15ml Coffee Liqueur
– Coffee Beans, for garnish
Method
– Prepare your espresso and let it cool to just above room temperature to retain its robust flavour.
– To chill the ingredients, add ice to your shaker.
– Pour the gin, cooled espresso, and coffee liqueur over the ice.
– Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This method chills the mixture and introduces air, creating the cocktail’s iconic creamy froth.
– Strain into a chilled martini glass, ensuring a silky-smooth pour.
– Garnish with coffee beans and serve promptly for the best experience.
